Forgotten Tastes (orig. Забытые Вкусы) is audiovisual projects based on content spread across different media platforms. The story is about absolated traditions, forgotten customs and old recipes based on exploration of Baltic states culture and Russian-speaking minorities. This experience is based on users’ active contributions, which allows the producers to explore the uniqueness of forgotten tastes in these former Soviet countries and to share them on variety of media channels available on different screens and devices. The main goal of the projects is to collect unique cooking recipes, secrets and traditions which are not been in use for some time. Moreover, this project is designed to be community bases connecting specific niche representatives across countries and cultural borders. The first six episodes give overview of activities in Estonia, Latvia and Russia.
